I (we) apply for membership in the Memorial Society of Northern Virginia. A tax deductible enrollment of $20 (which includes the first year’s dues) is enclosed. Thereafter, an annual contribution of $8 individual or $15 per household is due each fiscal year, which starts October 1st. Additional tax-deductible contributions are welcome to help expand our services.
